CONSENT

By using Kasprzyk Law LLC's ("Kasprzyk Law") website you consent to the collection, use, storage, transmission and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Kasprzyk Law terms and (the "Policy"). Further, by using Kasprzyk Law’s website you agree to all of the terms listed below. If Kasprzyk Law and you agree to enter into an attorney-client relationship, you will be required to sign a written retainer agreement which Kasprzyk Law will provide to you. The retainer agreement will describe the matter upon which you initially engage Kasprzyk Law. You will be charged for professional services and advice pursuant to the Retainer/Fee Agreement.

We recommend all clients to use secured emails and or My Case messaging for confidential information transmissions.


LOCATION AND TRANSMISSION OF DATA

You consent to your personal information and any related data collected by Kasprzyk Law and any person or entity delivering services on behalf of Kasprzyk Law being stored, duplicated or located on servers located outside of the United States of America. You also consent to your personal information and any related data being transmitted outside of United States of America, even when transmitted between destinations located within the Unites States of America. Personal information and data located or transmitted outside of United States of America will be subject to the laws of other jurisdictions.


CONSENT AND OPTING OUT

If you provide us with your personal information for the purposes of receiving emails, opening a file or receiving legal services, you have "opted-in" to our communications and accepted the terms of this Policy. If we send you an announcement, invitation, message or service related email and you do not "opt-out" of receiving emails or the specific type of communication, including commercial electronic message, you are deemed to have accepted and consented to this Policy. If you are a client or prospective client of Kasprzyk Law, you may opt out of and decline your acceptance of this Policy by delivering written notice of your intent to opt-out and decline the Policy to Kasprzyk Law. If you opt-out and decline your acceptance of this Policy, Kasprzyk Law may, at its sole discretion, end any attorney-client relationship that may exist between You and Kasprzyk Law or change the fee or quote to reflect the additional costs incurred by Kasprzyk Law in delivering services using alternate terms, policies or service providers. Any opt out request from this Policy shall be made in writing to Kasprzyk Law LLC, 14 Farber Rd, Princeton, NJ 08540.


ATTORNEY ADVERTISING

Kasprzyk Law's website may be considered an attorney advertisement. The facts and the circumstances of each case are different and results may not be typical. Past results are not a guarantee of future outcomes.


JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW

This Policy and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to the conflict of law principles thereof.

Any legal action or proceeding with respect to this Policy shall be brought in the courts of the State of New Jersey or of the United States of America for the District of New Jersey. By consenting to this Policy, you accept for yourself and in respect of your property, generally and unconditionally, the jurisdiction of the aforesaid courts.
